Hello Rog Ally Community, I hope everything comes across clearly, my English is not the best. I have the problem that as soon as I connect the Rog Ally to the docking station of my 4k TV, the desktop is always displayed in 4k. I can't change the resolution either because the setting shows gray for me. As a result, I have a lot of performance issues when playing games and a bad picture. Do any of you know how I can change that?

Hi @Arek809725 ,
May I inquire whether you have already updated the BIOS to the latest version and are using the ASUS-certified AMD graphics card driver version V31.0.22023.6003? Could you share the brand and model of your TV for further verification?
If possible, could you record a video to show us your connection status and settings? This will assist us in further diagnosing your issue. Thank you for your cooperation.

When I'm home later, I can also take a video . Thanks in advance for the help and see you later

Hi @Arek809725 ,
Thank you for your reply. Additionally, I would like to ask you to try testing by using DDU to uninstall the display driver and then reinstall it.
I look forward to your feedback.

Sorry, I didn't get to everything yesterday. I have now updated everything. Uninstalled with the DDU and reinstalled it again. Unfortunately, the function is still not adjustable via Windows. The screen resolution is still gray and is fixed at 3840 x 2160. Greetings
