Yea after this thread I searched an saw amd atleast has the worst side of it, geforce a bit better but there are still issues as I said the game will crash only on cutscenes if I don't run it as admin, besides that tho most issues I've run into with the game have been the game itself, like ppl or objects like a train I'm hacking a foot in front of me disappearing lol and not like a render issue cause they don't reappear lol it'll just be gone, same thing with cars but only sometimes, I'll pull up to something in a car, do whatever, then she I turn sometimes the cars there, sometimes its a different color, sometimes its nowhere lol
All and all I'm glad I didn't do pre order and all that stuff cause the game isn't like super crazy new stuff, I think the ign post got it the best, its grand theft auto with hacking
They made many many dumb choices like the shortest thing in the entire game is the campaign, the bulk of the game is side missions, activities, mini games, collectables
Also the fact that they tried to tie the main storyline into collectables, so if you wanna know the entire story without any missing details you gotta collect all the crap to get audio logs, then there are randomly placed audio logs during missions that give you no heads up, you'll just see 1 at some point and be like oh are these around and I'm supposed to be finding them lol
I opted to do all the collectables first and as many side missions as I could take and in all honesty I don't even wanna play the game anymore, all the dumb stuff I had to do sucked the life outta me and the story so ive been finding it really hard to want to play, currently I've been turning it on and playing a single campaign mission each day lol
And I do agree with you abvolt that the past few years UbiSoft has been doing not so good with there games, the only reason I usually let the assassins games pass it cause they tend to do some really really good work on them with nicely made characters and actual historical events, but with black flag they crapped on it all especially with the bugs it had and I was on the forums with at least 1,200 ppl who had the bug and ubisoft literally straight up told us we were lying, then a week later apologized cause they were finally able to recreate the bug
