Skyrim performance problems (once again about skyrim)

Hello gentlemen.
I hope you won't be mad because of discussing Skyrim 100500th time. So, does anyone have some solution for stuttering/frame skipping or what ever this thing is called (Freezes for 0.1 second here and there) after SO long? No matter what setting I chose, what vsync (default/adaptive/half adaptive) I turn on/off... Nothing helps me. When I try to use some fps limiter and limit fps for example at 59 fps, it jumps to 58 and random stutters occure. Or if I limit it at 58 fps it jumps to 57 and so on. Turning off hyper threading didn't help me. Making tweaks for multi-core cpu in ini files didn't help me. Windowed mod changes nothing for me. Of course I have tried to update/downgrade drivers and reinstall OS... Don't ask me about that. Hardware is fine. The only other game that has some stutters (but MUCH less) is GTA 4, and it's not actually stuttering but jittering. But Skyrim is just unplayable. And just to mention I have steam version of Skyrim.

My specs are:
Asus Rampage IV Formula
i7-3930k 3.8Ghz
Single Gigabyte GTX680 Windoforce 3x
Corsair Vengeance 32GB Quad Channel 1600mhz 9cl
2000W psu
7200rpm 1TB Hdd

Don't know what else can I add... Oh, pc is 100% virus free. The only solution that comes to my mind is SSD. But is it really so needed to run Skyrim stutter free? P.S. No mods installed except official ones (Come with legendary edition). Turning off/on hd textures in combination with other solutions didn't help.

Maybe there is some super secret option X to tweak that'll allow me to play this God damn game?

P.S.S. No overheating, no GPU throttling.

That game is buggy for me also...I found a solution to the problems I was having with texture flashing and flying mammoths that float up into the air, fall back to the ground, roll over and die.
I disable SLI and run it with 1 680.

What drivers are you using for your gtx680 ? I had many of the same problems as you with 320.49 so I rolled back to 314.22 that seemed to fix my problems.

Right now I am using latest beta drivers. Before I was using 320.49. Did you have stuttering or some other issues?
Thx for reply.

Yes I did and it was really bad the beta drivers are not worth using , if I were you I would roll back to 314.22. Be sure to uninstall first of course.

You could send in a support request to Bethesda via steam I think. I did some time ago. They will most likely ask for your direct x version. They wanted me to send them directx diagnosis info

No, not really....I figured out it was a SLI issue when I installed my custom loop.A lot of people have issues with that game. I blame it on them using steam in order to play the game... I never had any problems with their earlier games. I love and hate steam.

I have borrowed my friend's ssd and installed game on it. There are no positive results... Performance didn't change at all. This game with it's stuttering drives me crazy. Oh god, and I can't stop searching for the solution. Must. Go. Tweak. It. More.
Well, at least now I know that ssd is not so critical overall.
