Rampage III Extreme unstable?

Hey guys,

I have a Rampage III extreme that I have been fighting with for a while now. it seems that after a while, or updates or any real changes to the OS the OS becomes unstable on reboot and corrupts itself. I have tried different versions of WIndows 7 and 8 and even XP just for the hell of it. They all do the same thing, pretty much have to reinstall the OS and application after 3 months. I have recently started taking an image with ReDo backup and recovery to speed to process.

I have tried different sata ports and HDD and SSD's with no difference. I am running BIOS 1502.
I am running the Sata is RAID mode currently but have had persistant issues in AHCI and IDE as well.

Ideas on why this is happening?

Thanks,

You could memtest86+ the RAM....if ram is not functioning 100% properly it could corrupt a fresh install and then keep corrupting the OS...

Go back to all default settings and work from there. Try the original BIOS that your mobo came with.
