Hi every body,

After uninstall and reinstall more times, the game BF3 still crashed and the monitor freeze after about 10min.
I had backup to the Geforce Nvidia newest driver 310.61 already on my computer.
I didn't know why? My PC run smootly the game: Need For Speed the Run and the same BF3's disc software run very well on my laptop Asus N76VZ-DS71. The N76VZ Vga card is GT650M, it mean slower more than GTX690.

Could any body tell me why? & how to fix it? or still waiting Nvidia launch the newest drivers... waiting...waiting until...how many years?
Tks a lot.

is your system OC'd? ( over clocked )
are you running phsyx off one of the 690 gpu or cpu?

Yeah, my system now Overclocking 4600GHz @ Vcore 1.35V, still running on the GTX690 and the PhysX is ON.
I knew many guys had the same crash BF3 like me, but I don't know now they are fixing it or not?

if you OC, BF3 may crash
if you are using a cheat, it will crash for sure as the cheat make BF3 crash to avoid detection when they try to make a Screen Shoot

I don't have crashing problem on my PC

well since its a Nvidia driver ( basic its Nvidia whos making the card it self ) it "can" be that.
just be shure to use non beta drivers on it, beta drivers are buggy so.
go in to bios and save your OC profile, and then set stock ( default ) and see how it is then?

mines OC'd on 4.4 @ 1.34v and i have no crashes.

Also check the temps on the 690, might be thermal problemsm have you oc:d the GPU as well? Even though it might pass a benchmark it might crash in high end games
| Chassi: Phantom Fulltower White Edition | Mobo: Maximus V Extreme | CPU: i7 3770k
| Memory: 2x8gb G.Skill Trident X 2400mhz | GPU: PNY Geforce GTX 670 | PSU: NZXT Hale 90 750w
| SSD: Intel 120gb 330 series (OS) | Intel 120gb 330 series (Games n stuff)
| Monitor: LG 29EA93 | Cooling: Custom Loop

Tks all, but I set the motherboard all to default before (not OC ) the BF3 still crashed. The GtX 690 temp. is 60. I think it not too hot.
The screen monitor be frozen and NOT a blue screen, also no need to restart the Win7 by press 3 key Ctrl + Alt + Del together.
Last night I checked also the game Crysis 2 in 3D mode, it run very smoothly for many hours.

is it only on one server or is it on several diffrent ones?
i had my game freeze up on me one day last week, cold play a round and then next round it froze up on me ( both BF3 and TS ) like i lost my internet/packet or some thing.
but next day it was all good.

I've thought the reason is NOT by the hardware equipments, may be the Nvidia's driver "control" the power not enough to the VGA card and the drivers conflict between the DirectX 11 Nvidia and the Bf3 game.

Hi, I come back and a happy to me that I had already fix it.
I uninstalled the 310.61 beta drivers and reinstalled the newest 306.23 drivers from the Gigabyte's website : http://ee.gigabyte.com/products/page/vga/gv-n690d5-4gd-b/download/

After that I set the Nvidia control panel like this:

And the BF3 game running very smoothly at the ultra setting for many hours non stop.
Tks a lot everybody. Have fun.:):D:o
