downloaded nvidia driver and both armoury crate and ICue could no longer find GPU. Reinstalled both and lost all RGB settings and profiles only to find that it was the NVIDIA update. I rolled back to previous driver and GPU back. What a nightmare. Latest GPU update not compatible with AC! Be aware

Currently, the only solution to revert to the previous Nvidia driver version 581.80 or hotfix 581.94 is to revert to the previous version. RGB, Aura Sync/Armoury Crate, and GPU Tweak III will also work again.
There are many threads on this topic at the moment.

After rolling back memory cannot be found in aura creator but GPU and memory found by AC and can change rgb just can’t create new one for memory in aura creator. ICue now finding GPU. Nvidia needs to talk to ASUs and Corsair . 4 hours of my life I won’t get back!

Thank you. Only issue now is that aria sync can’t find my memory and aio not matter what I have tried but AC can and I can change rgb on them just not create rgb for them 😞

Uninstall the GPU driver using DDU and install an older driver: 581.80 or 581.94.
Then restart your PC, and your problem should be solved if you're only using Aura Sync, etc., for RGB lighting.
If your RAM is no longer being detected, it would be helpful to know exactly what kind of RAM you have. If it's Corsair RAM, it's likely that the Corsair Aura Sync plugin has been corrupted, and you'll need to reinstall it.
The fact is, the new Nvidia driver 591.44 is the culprit behind this problem, and currently, there's no workaround other than installing an older driver.

Reinstalling AC, iCUE and Aura Creator won't help, as Asus hasn't yet implemented the long-known changes made by Nvidia in driver version 591.44. Nvidia made some significant changes, which is why AC no longer works correctly. Unfortunately.
I don't know if iCUE works with the current Nvidia driver. Only you can test that.
Currently, the only solution is to completely uninstall Nvidia driver 591.44 and install an older Nvidia driver: 581.80 or 581.94 (hotfix).

What I done understand is that why aura sync allows me to find and change memory and cpu cooler but will not find them in aura creator since rolling back nvidia driver and re installing. Can’t create and rgb profiles now because of this.

Unfortunately, I don't use Aura Creator.
I only use AraSync and the existing profiles for my RGB lighting, and those work with the latest drivers, 581.80 and 581.94.
Which Nvidia driver do you currently have installed?
Still the latest version, 591.44?
If so, then the problems are caused by the current GPU driver, as ArmouryCrate and Aura have issues with it. That's why you should revert to the previous drivers.
First, uninstall the currently installed driver using DDU, restart your PC, and then reinstall one of the previous drivers. Aura should then work normally again.
At least, that's what's been confirmed in the many threads here.
PS:
If you've already reinstalled ArmouryCrate and Aura Creator, please manually check for updates in ArmouryCrate several times. Unfortunately, updates aren't installed automatically with a fresh installation; they arrive irregularly when manually checked.
