Nvidia says this driver increases SLI performance up to 50% for Metro Last Light, Crysis 3, battlefield 4 and several other pc games when running 4K resolution. I'm installing it now.

What kind of frames are you seeing with your gtx780 in multiplayer? Is it the stock reference card and is it overclocked?

Let us know how this driver works I tend to get a little gun shy with all these updates but I'd go for a performance boost thanks dude..

Hi mcurtis, with the EVGA GTX780 SC ACX I have mostly always above 80 FPS, sometimes 100+, in very very heavy battle it drops to 50-45 just for some seconds, overall runs really great! the card is just a little factory overclocked, until all the games run super fine on ultra i wont do a overclock on the card.

Do you have a single GTX780 aswell? If yes, what model? what FPS are you getting in general? My friend has a Gigabyte Windfore OC and I am getting slightly - better FPS than him.

Cheers

Hey EnthusiastBuild.... No i am getting ready to purchase a new card as i have a complete new rig i put together. After looking at your sig, we have a lot of the same components 🙂 The card is the last piece of the puzzle, which is why i haven't pulled the trigger. If i am going to get a gtx780 then i will be the EVGA classified version, and then i have been researching those Mars 760 cards, which are suppose to have an MSRP of 650.00 us dollars. ... .sigh the decisions. Anyways, i mainly play battlefield 4 and some of the other guys are getting incredible frame rates on 1 gtx 780. After the card, is the 120hz monitor with gsync and i will be rockin! If i get the 780 card i will let you know what i am getting on frames.

I can definately reccomend this EVGA GTX 780 SC ACX card, every game runs super smooth on ultra! if im right the only difference to the classified is, that the classified is better for overclocking right? I might overclock mine in the future :). The mars card is freaking awesome too! guess you cant go wrong with either one... Purchasing the GTX 780 TI is not an option for you?

Cheers

Thanks for the reply back. Yeah the SC version of the 780 is what a popular youtuber is using and getting amazing frame rates on pretty high settings. The classy has some power upgrades and i believe is a non reference card with the ACX cooler. It is one of the best 780's out there but i think any of the 780's are down right amazing. I thought aobut the 780ti, but now im at 700 us dollars and i really wanted to be lower than that. The classy 780 is 549.99 us dollars so its a great deal to me. I was kicking around the possibility of gtx 760 in sli for the same price but as with everything there are pro's and con's. I think i want to do the single card and seen as how i just run 1080p gaming, any of them will be just fine.
