OK, when I play GTA V on high settings (with mssa / fxaa dissabled) I get 60fps for about 10-15 mins But then it goes down to 50 to 55 fps and is rather stuttery, Also in Just cause 3 some of the settings have to be turned down to get 60fps, My PC is: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/2KdqwV

The wierd thinbg is my old G752VS which was worse ysed to get 60fps+ constant and did Just cause 3 at full settings.

Also my CPU is overclocked to 4.7Ghz (4 cores), 4.8Ghz (3 cores), 4.9 Ghz (2 cores), 5 Ghz 1 core.

Thanks for reading,

Hi,

Do you have the problem only on GTA V ?

If yes

Reset game setting (or use Nvidia Experience for settings)

If no

    Take a GPU-Z Screenshot
    Put picture in reply

Make a bench like Userbenchmark or 3DMark (FireStrike Extreme / FireStrike Ultra / TimeSpy) or both
    Put result URL(s) in reply

Your problem can be caused by :

  • Bad game settings
  • Instable overclock
  • High temps
  • Background consumption
  • Instable Bios/vBios
  • Much more..
