I need a help with Roblox keep freezing and disconnected(Error Code 264) on my Asus Tuf Gaming F16

Hello, I need help with my Asus Tuf Gaming with a Roblox problem
I have used Asus Tuf to play Roblox since 2022 until around September 2024, the date when this problem appeared, and it only happened to Roblox; the other games I played never disconnected (Gate of Hell: Ostfornt, 7 Days to Die, Left 4 Dead, etc)

I watched all the YouTube videos on how to fix it and sent support to Roblox from that day until today. IT'S NEVER FIXED

I changed from Asus Tuf Gaming to Asus Tuf Gaming F16 (FX607 JV-N3199W) because I thought changing to a new one might solve it
And you know what? This Roblox disconnected problem still occurred in my new laptop

I will describe it shortly...
I was playing Roblox normally, but suddenly everything was freezing, only I could move, but my friend told me that I was standing still there, I left the game and tried to rejoin, but the game server said that I'm still in the server, and when I click join, it says "Same account launched experience from different device. Leave the experience on the other device and try again. (Error Code:264)"This problem has happened to me since September 2024. It happened almost every time I played for at least 5 minutes and up to 60 minutes, and happened about 2 - 5 times per day, and now it still happens to this present day

I tried to play Roblox with my account in the internet cafe, and it never disconnected or had error code 264 at all, so this confirmed that this problem is the laptop itself, not the Roblox Player

So here's what I have done to fix (I might have forgotten some of them)
- Restart laptop everytime
- Uninstall and install Roblox
- Flush dns/ command
- Use as administrator / Run compatibility
- Deleted Roblox in Appdata/Local
- The WiFi adapter doesn't help; it still occurs with error code 264 on Roblox (tp-link AC1300)
- YouTube How to fix Roblox disconnected did nothing to this problem
- Slow internet isn't related; I have 500+Mbps on my WiFi
- I uninstall Armoury Crate, and surprisingly, it is still running on Task Manager every time I turn on my laptop
- Log Out of All Others Sessions on Roblox did nothing - I Factory Reset the Laptop, and yes, it came with Armoury Crate(Like it was permanently in my laptop), and Roblox still occur this problem

As I said from the start, only Roblox had the connection problem; the other games never disconnected. I will attach the footage of the problem with videos via Google Drive

I'm from Thailand, and I don't know how to fix this Roblox problem completely, I mean I had tried everything I can and this problem still occurs every time, like please, I'm an adult with salary, I just want to play Roblox to relaxed from my workplace, and all I got it a rage because this problem please help me
