This is driving me crazy! I have no idea what it is or why it's showing up, but it is on every game. It doesn't show up in any other application.... It also moves, as if monitoring GPU output.

What you're seeing there is the SLI Visual Indicator. What it basically does is show how your GPUs are sharing the graphics load. It's easy to disable that feature. Start by opening the NVIDIA Control Panel and navigate to the 3D Settings section. Now click the 3D Settings on the top bar and uncheck Show SLI Visual Indicators.
Oh! Ya I remember checking that now... I knew it was something I did, just could figure out what. It's been 7 years since I built a PC and I'm just getting back into gaming. Thank God for forums... Thanks for the help!
