I don't see any mention of macros in the ROG Raikiri Pro manual, this is why you're not seeing any compatible macro devices in Armoury Crate.

Is there any other way to customize the macro to my liking?

One thing it shows is the ROG Raikiri Pro works with Armoury Crate in wired mode only.

Use wired mode then check Armoury Crate.

I connected the Rog Raikiri Pro to the Armory Crate in wired mode but still can't adjust the macros as I want. It just shows the available macro buttons from the system but can't adjust anything.wired modemacro

Ok, if it's still showing no compatible devices for macros, then macros aren't supported with the ROG Raikiri Pro.

Your 2nd screenshot on the Armoury Crate Devices page are all the customizations.

To use macros, you might want to consider using a ROG mouse and keyboard.

I bought it hoping to be able to use macros on the controller to play soccer games. But I still can't use it no matter what I tried, so disappointing.
