Game closes automatically on steam or freezes on bluestack

Hello, I want to express myself on the bad English, I speak in French and do the translation with Google.

To be clear, when I play a game on Steam, a few minutes later the game closes on its own.
When I play a little gourmet game, the game does not close. Then, I test Bluestack which must take little CPU, memory, GPU freezes on a very simple set of tray.

These problems I do not know when it comes, it is when I decide to play, I think 2 to 6 weeks of interval break. Before I had no worries.

I tested OCCT, and everything is fine, except when combined with CPU + 3D.
It crashes with errors, but 3D alone is fine, and CPU alone or with different RAM or GPU is fine.
Only 3D with CPU is problematic, with loads of errors the second I start testing.
I'm also testing with the 3D feature of the internal graphics card on the Intel motherboard, same problem as my RTX 3060 Ti.

I want to see if it's an overheating issue, but since I don't know how to disable this default CPU boost in the BIOS, I'm testing by reducing it using the ThrottleStop application by clicking on "Disable Turbo." This reduces the speed by 1000 MHz, avoiding spikes of 5100 MHz, while staying within the 3500 MHz range. Without this check mark and without doing anything, the CPU runs around 4500 MHz.

So, I go back to OCCT with this check mark on this application, I run the test, and instead of heating to 100% for this combination of 3D and CPU, it heats up to 59 degrees and around 0.9V. The previous test was 1.28V.
So, the checkmark on this app to decrease the boost or remove the turbo works fine in reduced volts and degrees, but unfortunately, I get the same errors as if I didn't remove the boost.

So, in conclusion, it's not an overheating problem; there's really a compatibility issue between 3D and CPU, and what's more, both graphics cards have the same problems.

What's going on with this 13600K CPU?
Why is this problem related to 3D on both graphics cards?
Is this related to why demanding games close on Steam, or why board games freeze on BlueStack?
And, lastly, how do I disable this CPU boost, which is not useless?
Because I don't see any difference whether the turbo is enabled or not, at least when testing a game on Steam, except that without the turbo, the game closes faster, I assume because of the 0.9V variation instead of 1.20 to 1.28V. If I have to put the ThrottleStop application in the background startup with a script, it's less clean, but I should know how to remove this default boost from this CPU.

Thanks for your help; I arrived here after three days of trying to find a solution. I've already uninstalled all the drivers for my RTX and Intel graphics cards to clean them up, and that doesn't fix the problem.
I have an Asus ROG Maximus z790 motherboard.

Or, the Internet browser closes everything and I have to click again to restart, while in Task Manager, Internet Edge and the tabs remain active. Or, sometimes the browser page flashes, sometimes loses connection, and I refresh to return to where I left off, without the internet actually disconnecting. Or, sometimes the full antivirus scan may not finish, stop, freeze, and no longer work. I don't know if this is also related to the game closing by itself or freezing issues.

Okay, I found the problem and I'm so glad it's not hardware related.

Finally, I didn't put Windows 2e on a disk, nor used the VM, because just in case I had a web problem that put me on the wrong track.

I got this message when I tried to look at the Windows weather map, map version:

- "Map creation failed due to a WebGL error. Please try closing and reopening all browser windows."

And so, I thought, "This kind of thing can't be happening," it's actually related to 3D. In the browser settings, I already have the "enable hardware acceleration" selection.

So I typed in the address bar
edge://gpu

I saw:

Graphics Feature Status=========================* Canvas: Software only. Hardware acceleration disabled* Direct Rendering Display Compositor: Disabled* Compositing: Software only. Hardware acceleration disabled* Multiple Raster Threads: Disabled* OpenGL: Disabled* Rasterization: Software only. Hardware acceleration disabled* Raw Draw: Disabled* Skia Graphite: Disabled* TreesInViz: Disabled* Video Decode: Software only. Hardware acceleration disabled* Video Encode: Software only. Hardware acceleration disabled* Vulkan: Disabled* WebGL: Disabled* WebGL2: Disabled* WebGPU: Disabled* WebNN: Disabled.

I made myself understand that it really doesn't want to take my graphics card to 3D in use. So, I came up with the solution of forcing the GPU in the flag section by typing the following web address:
edge://flags

I selected ENABLED in the "Override software rendering list"
"GPU rasterization"
"Zero-copy rasterizer"
And, after that, it came back when I went back to the GPU in Edge:

Graphics Feature Status =========================* Canvas: Hardware accelerated * Direct Rendering Display Compositor: Disabled * Compositing: Hardware accelerated * Multiple Raster Threads: Enabled * OpenGL: Enabled * Rasterization: Hardware accelerated on all pages * Raw Draw: Disabled * Skia Graphite: Disabled * TreesInViz: Disabled * Video Decode: Hardware accelerated * Video Encode: Hardware accelerated * Vulkan: Disabled * WebGL: Hardware accelerated * WebGL2: Hardware accelerated * WebGPU: Hardware accelerated* WebNN: Disabled

Then there's a small button in the top left corner of this page, "export report." I got it as a .txt file.

After understanding the report:

I did experience a GPU crash or driver instability, probably related to the NVIDIA driver, or unstable BIOS/CPU voltage/RAM/PCIe settings, which explains:

-> Games closing on their own (for example, without an error)
-> OCCT errors on the CPU + 3D
-> WebGL or Edge going into "disabled" mode

This made me realize that I should be focusing on the 3D problem and not the CPU, and that's when I got a clue. I remembered recently that I looked in the Control Panel and checked the 3D settings.

Because, at the driver level, I've already uninstalled the DDU software in safe mode, and reinstalled the latest update, Two graphics cards (Intel internal to the CPU and Nvidia RTX).

I had set a setting:
Use advanced image settings, which I checked.
I went to the Manage 3D settings submenu.
And, I made adjustments for some games, which explains the games where I'm having a crash; that's where I made advanced settings. The other games where I didn't have any crashes, I hadn't made any adjustments, as far as I remember. This perfectly explains why some games that I thought were very demanding were crashing and closing unnecessarily.
I also did it for BlueStack to test the differences between such settings.
Now I've reset everything to default, and set it back to "Let the 3D application make the decision." Apparently, I need to be more trusting; I'm not good at overclocking in 3D.

I ran the OCCT test again on CPU+3D combined and no more errors, neither the one from the internal Intel to the CM. I did the play test and no more closing crashes, no more errors!

edge://gpu

Je voyais :

Graphics Feature Status=======================* Canvas: Software only. Hardware acceleration disabled* Direct Rendering Display Compositor: Disabled* Compositing: Software only. Hardware acceleration disabled* Multiple Raster Threads: Disabled* OpenGL: Disabled* Rasterization: Software only. Hardware acceleration disabled* Raw Draw: Disabled* Skia Graphite: Disabled* TreesInViz: Disabled* Video Decode: Software only. Hardware acceleration disabled* Video Encode: Software only. Hardware acceleration disabled* Vulkan: Disabled* WebGL: Disabled* WebGL2: Disabled* WebGPU: Disabled* WebNN: Disabled.

Je me suis fait comprendre que vraiment il ne veut pas prendre ma carte graphique sur 3D à l'utilisation. Alors, j'ai été à la solution de forcer le GPU dans la partie flag en tappant sur l'adresse Internet :
edge://flags

J'ai sélectionné ENABLED aux

  • Override software rendering list"
  • "GPU rasterization"
  • "Zero-copy rasterizer"

Et, après cela c'est revenu en revenant sur le GPU dans Edge :

Graphics Feature Status=======================* Canvas: Hardware accelerated* Direct Rendering Display Compositor: Disabled* Compositing: Hardware accelerated* Multiple Raster Threads: Enabled* OpenGL: Enabled* Rasterization: Hardware accelerated on all pages* Raw Draw: Disabled* Skia Graphite: Disabled* TreesInViz: Disabled* Video Decode: Hardware accelerated* Video Encode: Hardware accelerated* Vulkan: Disabled* WebGL: Hardware accelerated* WebGL2: Hardware accelerated* WebGPU: Hardware accelerated* WebNN: Disabled
