Fps problems with my build

i will start off by telling you my full PC specs

Processor } Intel core i7-4770k @ 3.5GHz
Motherboard } ASUS Z87k
Graphics card } ASUS Geforce GTX 780 OC Edition
Ram } 8GB DDR3 Crucial Ballistix Tactical Tracer @ 1600Mhz
Cooler } Corsair H80i Hydro Series liquid cooler
Power supply } Corsair CX750M

The problem is i have looked at quite a few benchmarks with the 780 and the avg fps for crysis 3 on high settings is 80fps i am playing arma 2 dayz mod and it stays at 60fps it does not move it just stays at 60 what is very unusual considering from my knowledge fps is constantly changing. When i max dayz mod out it runs at 60fps but frequently drops down to 30 sometimes in the 20s. I have been playing call of duty waw and it stays at 90fps maxed out and again does not change even when im running trains looking at fire watching smoke it stays at 90fps. So there is definitely something wrong if im getting 90fps on a game that's very old and not graphically intensive at all but everyone else is getting an average of 80 on one of the most graphically intensive games on the market. Does anybody know how to fix this please help me

Don´t you just love people reporting issues and, when they sort´em out eventually, they never report back?

😕

 i7 4770k is a great overclockable processor... I would suggest using ASUS AI TUner (if it´s still featured in BIOS). I know I turned on my OC Genie (on MSI Z87 G43 Gaming mobo) and I got more 20 to 30 FPS in Battlefield 4 😉
