I don't see where I can download it, Steam wants me to buy it and I see no download for it.

On steam you click Games - Activate a product on steam.
Then activate from there.
If that failed then it has already been taken.

I tried it but after typing in the key it says, "Sorry, but the following items are not available for purchase in this country, your purchase has been cancelled.

It must be because you're from the United Kingdom.
