It's just not NVIDIA it's also happening to ATI's, it might be the game it'self or origin. Report the error to customer support (Origin). The other person has this error "DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG" and it's from the same game (BF3). Try running BF3 and see if you can get this error "DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG" as same as the other person from that thread. If not ATI's has a completely different issue to this error.

Seems to me that is related to bad commands sent by the application, which could mean there is some error by Origin (or by other application that is running on the PC). That's far I can go because this problem seems "very rare" and it's only happening in BF3 which I only find by searching on the net.
Just let origin know when or what update of origin or BF3 this "error" has appear.

Just for the heck of it. Un-install the old nvidia drivers and download and install the very latest. in fact us a driver sweeper to. This should at least take the drivers out of the picture.

It does look's like BF3 has lot's of issues with some of the GPU's. I have a friend who also has an GTX 560ti and to play the game in multiplayer he have to increase the voltage to 1.037 and set the clock to 880mhz. It does the trick but it still causing black or white blank screen which forced him to restart the PC. It sound's like it's the game fault not the system.

Ok we have tested and it wasn't a problem with the video card but it was the server. We got it fixed by disabling UpNp (on the router) that causing the crashes. We also are using the 301.24 version and it's working fine.
If anyone continues to have these directx errors contact Maniac on this evga forum http://www.evga.com/forums/tm.aspx?high=&m=1323124&mpage=24#1716764, he seems to be the guru for nvidia drivers and battlefield 3 as well as setting up your system. he and I are working on my comp over the phone and he really knows his stuff. taking things one at a time trying to get me squared away. start by reading over the first couple of pages of his guide for setting up your settings.
