Can’t play roblox

Hello I just bought a ASUS - TUF Gaming A16 16" 165Hz Gaming Laptop FHD-AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS with 16GB DDR5 Memory- Radeon RX7700S 512GB PCIe SSD - OFF BLACK and I downloaded Roblox from every app I can but Roblox loads and tries starting up and then just closes itself I’ve watched videos read forums and just can’t get Roblox to play on this laptop how do I fix this what do I shut down? FYI I did shut off my windows security and it still produced the same problems

Did you ever figure out the problem? Just bought the same laptop today and i’m having the exact same issue.

I fixed it by completely factory resetting and not installing armoury crate app it comes with after googling I figured that was my issue and since then I have had no problems with any of my games.

oh my god thank you you are a ******ing lifesaver! i was about to pack up the laptop and try to see if best buy would get me a new one lol. so glad it was such an easy fix!

Of course I was sitting there for hours in task manager trying to figure out what the issue was and I was like Armoury Crate has like 100 things going on in the background so I started googling and every post about Armoury Crate was saying how much harmful it was than good and that it controlled your pc completely and since once it’s installed it’s a pain to uninstall I tried that and it worked will not be downloading it again but the AMD system does similiar just not as advanced but you can see all your systems without interference with any issues

Just to mention: In case if someone can not reset their laptop. One solution could be to use an alternate version of Roblox
Android emulator can also be used though.

The same issue was also persisiting with me. But, I downloaded Roblox from beachbuggyracingapk.net and my issue got resolved automatically.  Maybe, you should try it
