Gonzo I think it's a bit extreme but not at the same time...that's a lot of programming to be a "bug"...to check for a firmware and deny an upgrade is one thing, but to change the reported firmware and update it is another. As much as I like Raja, I think even he has be duped here to a degree, possibly. There's a LOT of lines of programming to be written to flash a firmware update, even if it "is" the same and is just labeled 1015, why would they even add that line of programming into the driver? That's a question I would like answered, granted, I'm on 1014 and was never prompted for the firmware.
