Xonar Phoebus headphone volume very low?

So when I first got my card the volume was good, but recently it has really been getting quiet; even at full volume. I updated my drivers to the latest but that's not helping either. Anyone know why the headphone volume is so low, when the speakers are just fine? Any solutions to this?

Change the headphone gain setting to a level that gives you adequate volume.
