Phoebus Solo Noise

Hello everyone.

I just bought this card, all is fine, but I found that I can't use my SS 363D on 100%, I need best quality for audio recording, and I can't get it coz of NOISE, also I read many, many topics about this issue, and all like one saying: "You need ROG Command", so, why I need it? Why I have noise?

1st question is - where to buy it (ROG Command)? Like accessory for Solo version
2nd question - how to remove noise?

Okay, I found that this noise not because of mic, it is still here even if I turned off my mic - audio sample http://www.mediafire.com/download/j4xz4oc0xizzu5z/sample.wma

Also I noticed, if I move my mouse in other place, I have some extra noise. Some people saying that this problem appears because of the video card, but in fact, it's all computer devices create noise. I get that noise after some movie, mb some hours of play in any game, but when I start my PC, everything is ok, sorry that not for long.

Best solution : sell your card...

You can do nothing for the noise. I tryed everything (switched mouse, switched GC, lowered voltage, opened the computer and tryed with no case...

The card is faulty, Asus don't want to understand that AND they will not refund us.
