Issues with H.265 playback.

Hi,

I installed DIVX Web Player 10, he is able to streaming 4K Movies with H.265.

When i play H.265 (HEVC) movies i get a cracking noise while playing this. If i playing now other movies or games the cracking noise will be still there. i have to reboot my RIG to solving this problem.

The Phoebus cant handle this codec or is it a bug by the codec himself?

Sollte eigentlich nur ein Codec Bug sein. Hast du vielleicht separat noch welche Codecs heruntergeladen und installiert?
Ansonsten ist es auch kein Wunder, dass etwas nicht funktioniert. Denn die Treiber sind grottenschlecht.
Hast du den DivX Player schon vorher einmal ausprobiert, bevor die Soundkarte dazu kam?

Codecs von Dritthersteller und verschiedene Codec-Bundles sorgen sehr oft für Probleme. Ich würde diese entfernen und nach alternativen suchen.

Is the source movie unprotected?
How about trying converting H.265 to H.264 by using handbrake or Free Video DVD Converter ultimate. If the converted copy still come with the audio issue, you should check the source media over.
