Thank you for having me.
I recently bought a sound card to boost the sound on my qpad qh-1339 headphones as the onboard audio on the Asus Maximus Hero XI z390 was not near enough.
I love the sound and power the soundcard produces. But im having a kinda hard time because everytime i reboot or doing a cold boot , the sonic studios under output devices is "grey'd out" . I have to manually go from headset to speakers and from speakers back to headphones for the adjustments / options to re-appear. ( this also happends if i close the software program and opens it up again ) Like it doesnt remember my settings at all when it comes to the output device.
also , if i dont do it my mic and sound settings is default. and i always need to adjust settings again. Pain in the A**.
I really hope this is just a dumb minor issue that can be resolved easily.

CPU i7 9700k
GPU Asus strix rtx2080 OC
RAM corsair rgb 16gb 3000mhz
SSD m.2 samsung evo 500gb
PSU corsair rm850x
Periphals
Zowie xl2546 240hz monitor
Ducky one 2 mini keyboard
Finalmouse air 58 mouse
Relevant Software
win10 x64
Sonic Studio
Newest bios , audio drivers, ( basicly everything new on ASUS website regarding the sound card)
would really love some inputs , as ive looked on reddit , this forum and hours and hours on google . can't find anyone with my issue for some reason.
