WPA3 Support Update

When will Asus update some of their older AC routers with WPA3? I would really like to see some information as a time table or even a statement on what models will receive support for WPA3 in the future!

Asus apply for WPA3 need to require new certification for older model, and this is not feasible from business standpoint. So user require WPA3 need to buy newer hardware.

I have three different routers set up with AiMesh: RT-AXE11000, RT-AX86U, and RT-AC68U. I am able to select WPA-2/WPA-3 Personal as my setting. I wonder if you purchase a WPA-3 router how this hybrid system works say you connect WPA-3 to the main router then move to an area serviced by the nodes?...

It because WPA 3 work backward compatibilities. That the reason. This enables end devices that are WPA3-compatible to use the more advanced security standard, while all other devices can continue to connect to the Wi-Fi network with WPA2 protection.

I have WPA2/WPA3 enabled for the backhaul 5GH-2 channel on my ZenWiFi XT8 router. My XT8 node uses WPA3, whereas my CT8 node (WiFi-5 802.11ac) uses WPA2 for the dedicated backhaul.

However, when I tried to use WPA2/WPA3-Personal for my primary SSID, clients that don't support WPA3 would not connect. So there is some issues still with running in a hybrid WPA2/WPA3 security level.
