I'm not clear on what you are trying to accomplish.  Do you mean assigning different SSIDs to 2.4 and 5 GHz, or do you mean enable 2.4 GHz on router 1 and 5 GHz on router 2?  (Or something else)?

I want to set different WiFi Channel on each router within the mesh System.

The "mesh" works by having the same channel AND bandwidth, so a moving client can be passed from node to node.  You can set up the second router as Access Point Mode, then you can choose a different channel for each, BUT you will no longer benefit from AiMesh.

I know different Systems let you chance the channel within the mesh System. So the tuf ax 6000 doesn't? Thanks

I try to Chance my setting as a access point and see I it works like I hope. Thanks

I was looking around my settings on a GT-BE98 Pro (in Access Point Mode with AiMesh) and could not find anywhere to choose the (control) channel.  It may be you need to turn off Smart Connect for it to show up...
