Hi,
I have some trouble with the speed of my network.
My modem (TUF AX 2400 gaming) is lacking speed and I can't find the problem.
It has the latest firmware so that can't be it.
When I connect my cable to the modem of my provider the I have 985 Mbps, but with my modem it is only 59 Mbps?
Can anyone help me or point me in the right direction?
Greetings,
Ben

I have finally found out what the problem was.
It was the glas modem that wasn't connected properly. After a long communication with my provider we found out that that was the problem, it is working fine now.

Model modem? Service type: Cable, Fiber? Expected download/upload speeds?

Modem : ASUS - TUF AX 2400 gaming
Service type - Fiber
Everything is wired connected and tested
Expected download/Upload 1Gbps
Computer directly on the Fiber modem has a speed of 986 Mbps
Same cable on the Asus TUF AX 2400 gaming modem 85 Mbps
Everything that I have tried points to the modem but this one is new ( about 5 months old) so maybe it's a setting I missed?

So I could not find a TUF-AX2400 but I did find a TUF-AX4200, which on 2024/03/14 had a BIOS released, version 3.0.0.4.388_33147. If you started having trouble then you can try to manually load the previous BIOS and test the speed again.

I tried a view and all the same. The connection remains low.

Copy the MAC of the ISP router and clone it to the AX4200. Retest the speed...
