I sent a question to Asus using the router's built in Feedback feature and after hitting the SEND button, the router interface stopped responding. It's been several minutes and I cannot log into the router still.

I had to shut off power to the router and power it back up just to regain access to the UI.
However, now I can't access some websites like https://www.isitdownrightnow.com/ (takes too long to respond) and Ookla speedtest just hangs on "looking for optimal server".
The internet seems generally sluggish too. I can't reach Startpage, my search engine too.
I can't reach https://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/ either. About 1/3 of the web is unaccessible since the power cycling of the router.
The router's internal speed test results show over 1gbit/sec in both directions.
What could be the problem?
What I'm noticing is that the default ISP DNS option is greyed out and cannot be selected. Maybe the router is choosing some DNS server that restricts access?
I'm also noting that since installing this router, my webserver's response time went from 365mS to 12.5 seconds. My webserver is behind the router with appropriate pinholes. It's online, but access has been slow. Was fast under the old Linksys router.

It turned out the only solution was to reload my last saved config file and let the router reboot.
Note: do not use the feedback feature, or it will mess up your router!
