Routers 68U

Level 14
Any of you network guys out there know if I can set static IP outside of the range of what I have set up for DHCP?
example DHCP 192.168.1.
Static IP 10.25.1.xxxx
Is this possible? I know on my PeLInk router it was possible, and my D-Link Dir655 it was not possible
I have studied the manual and can find not reference other than I can have DHCP and Static IP's

I am bringing this up as, with every WU now my P2P network gets knocked out and it takes me days to find what setting windows changed to block me from having a P2P network.

January WU turned off SMB 1.0 after a few day someone on the windows 10 forum figured that one out
January 31 WU has knocked me out again
