Router RGB rant

Why, why, why, is this disease now spreading to network devices?!

Got an ASUS router recently. It came with RGB. If I could have got the features I wanted, without RGB, I would have. My problem with RGB is it is pretty useless. Unless you are someone who loves lava lamps and that kind of mood lighting, I have never seen the point. I would love RGB if it actually did something useful.

Ubiquiti have an RGB switch now, but the RGB actually does something useful. Others should take note or just stop. It is bad enough having to have this included on PC's as it is.

Rant over....

Having recently relocated my GT-AXE16000 and GT-BE98 Pro I must say the glass surface of the AXE16000 looks a lot more classy than the "RGB" top of the BE98 Pro.  Although I do believe the built in vent on top of the BE98 Pro does a great job of venting heat, as intended.  (I could literally feel heat as I reached to turn it off and passed my hand over the vent).

I have been trying to pass on all comments as best I could, hopefully ASUS gets to these (I consider) valid BIOS requests such as yours...
