ROG Rapture GT-BE19000 wifi7/ 6Ghz Networks

hello i just bought ROG Rapture GT-BE19000 wifi 7 router and i have huge issue with it since i got it i have s25 ultra and iphone 16 pro max both my phones cant see wifi 7 6ghz network which is very strange both phones support it and i cant get them to work on my phones on the other hand i have the 2025 rog flow z 13 gaming tablet and  a different thing happens on it i can see the 6 ghz wifi network it connects and then after 2 seconds it disconnects and ask me to put the password again and after i put the password again it tells me something changed u have to put the password again and after i add it it tells me its wrong password... any 1 has clue whats the problem ? The firmware was automatically updated the first time i connected the router, is it a software problem or the unit is defective Let me know, please Thanks in advance

After a firmware update sometimes a hard/factory reset helps it fully install properly:

did it now and still 6ghz networks not showing this is the second time I reset the router

Have you tried checking the box for Preferred Scanning Channels (PSC)?

i tried now to do the sim eject tool reset and that didn't work either cant see 6 Ghz network also I tried to upload the firmware file again manually that didn't work too

Are you using a phone app to check the router settings?  Do you have a system which could look at the WEB GUI on the router?

Since you are not in the US, certain rules may be different.  I assume you iPhone 16 is capable of Wi-Fi 6e in your country.

While you are looking around, can you go to the network Map and check for your clients by network?  The 6 GHz radio is showing there?

In your attachment, there is an add a network option.  Have you tried adding a 6 GHz version there?

im using the router page on pc and yes I tried to add network doesn't seem to work with same ssid and password my phones support 6ghz and wifi 7 yes my desktop PC and rog flow z13 2025 can see the 6ghz network but both my phones don't see it I checked online now says all iPhone 16 models support 6ghz wifi 7 and s25 ultra too same
