So far the firmware working well within my environment. The only think you need to take notice after firmware update/upgrade, you need to remove your current system connected to the router for config to remove all Ip address, DNS and gateway. Let the PC to grab the DHCP from the reset router. Login 192.168.1.1 instead of 192.168.50.1. Hope it help.

Hi Jzchen, if you are replying to my comment, my drops are only for WIFI connected devices that report back to me "Wifi connection lost" normally set to be triggered after 2 minutes of loss. And/or the mobile phones slow behavior shortly followed by "Switching WIFI SSID".....

These drops bothered me so much. I spent days trying to isolate the issue and eventually gave up with it being a firmware issue. Thank you so much for the time invested to fix this issue, no more drops as of the update!

2.4GHz, the most congested freq in the surrounding environment. Microwave, bluetootth even remote control of the device could be the culprit to the drop in that freq. No doubt 2.4GHz cover longer range but with too much interruption by environment. hence it quite difficult to zoom down the issue. I may be wrong so please correct me if I am wrong.

Is anyone*having aimesh issues with this version? I had 2 asus CT8 connected to the ax1100 as nodes but after updating to this firmware I cant seem to get them to work.

Weird issue I could NOT flash a beta from this release, same with Merlin 386.7_2.

Had to flash an older release and then flash beta from there.

Merlin 386.7_2 also crashes by losing WAN

What is your problem? After updating my ZenWiFi Pro XT12 working as AI Mesh Node connected to GT-AXE11000 stopped working. ZenWiFi error "Unable to connect to the Parent AP". Although when I login to GT-AXE11000 management site, the mesh node is visible and connection quality is Great.

So is this router defective? Wifi issues on a 600 dollar device is nuts, I want a working router.

What is everything doing?

I have two triband routers, and wifi issues nonstop nothing solves it.
Has anyone RMA'ed their mesh routers? AX11000?

I RMA'd a Lyra Voice that had no 2.4 G radio signal.

They were very generous to reimburse me:

1. The unit had fallen onto a hardwood floor from a window sill. (No physical damage).
2. The SN sticker was removed from the unit during the fall. (I had velcro'd the bottom to the window sill).

I paid for shipping to them. That was all...
