Needing to connect PS5 to ax11000 with nat 1

As title states, I am trying to setup a nat 1  connection to PS5. Some of my games dont work on the nat 3 that it is currently on. 

I have talked with asus support with 4 differant people and have gotten no where. 

If anyone knows how to do this please let me know.

Did you try enabling Universal Plug and Play (UPnP)?

Yea it's enabled. I have tried more with asus help but nothing so far the 4th person wanted me to do a feedback form? But couldn't tell me anything on the phone, bunch of bs... 

Surely it's not that hard? Otherwise alot of people wouldn't be gaming, am I wrong?

On the left side of the Web GUI...  Under Advanced Settings -> Administration -> Feedback (tab) is what he/she is referring to.  It helps to have some form of memory connected to the USB port of the router.
