During the setup of the iPhone router App, it asks if I want to log into a social media account. It states, if I do, then the App will have more functionality.
What are they referring to when they say Social Media network?

While I could be wrong so please take this with a grain of salt...
This allows you to "bind" your router to an account such as Facebook. This allows you to more easily access your router via the App because if you log into say Facebook on a new device the ASUS router app acknowledges the login. (It helps me because I forget what password I use on different things sometimes).
It also helps transferring DDNS service from an old router to a new router. Some more info:

The article shows towards the end that you do not have to decide now whether you want to. You can do so at a later time, and it shows where you can set it up later....

Thanks, since I don't have any social accounts, I wanted to make sure of exactly what it was looking for.
