Max Wifi Connections on ROG Rapture GT-BE98 Pro?

I am wondering since I can't seem to find an answer anywhere what the max number of connected Wifi clients is on this router. I'd like to know per each of the 4 bands and collectively on all bands. I plan on setting it up with individual wifi names and password per band but have an absolute ton of wifi devices that are connected and sending and receiving nonstop. I'm currently using an Asus RT-AX82U and run into network congestion slowing down some devices like when trying to stream between devices at high bitrates.

Any help is appreciated.

Answering your question would be a guess at best.  There are so many variables that might limit your use of x number of devices.  I think I have seen folks with more than 40 devices, but no guarantees.

That's an AX5400 router and you're considering upgrading to a BE30000.  Plenty of bandwidth...

Thank you but looking for max concurrent Wi-Fi connections

I wanted to know the same thing so I emailed Asus and got this reply...

Max number of devices at FULL bandwidth would be 32 .

Quick research into the chipset , should be able to handle possible 200 devices- though naturally the host speed between devices will not be a peak

Hope that helps

Only 32 devices on all bands? or 32 per band?

I've currently got around 42 on 2.4ghz and 70 altogether, only usually got around a dozen or so each on the 2 5ghz/6ghz bands
