IPv6 Adguard DNS Settings w/ Spectrum ISP HELP!

 I have a paid Adguard DNS account and I’m trying to set up IPv6 on my GT-BE98 Pro router with Spectrum ISP. 

Can someone please point me in the right direction here on how to set it up in Asus IPv6 settings menu?

Do I use the native setting? Passthrough? Or something else?

You might try native and stateless, it seems to work on my system.
