i believe i am hacked. What must I do? please help

On 27august2023 a firmware updated occurred and this is logged with time tag 5may 07:05. The official ASUS GT-AXE16000 firmware is from 19april2023 (3.0.0.4.388.23012) which was already installed. Auto update is active and signature version is 2.368 2023/08/28 02:00. Current firmware is 3.0.0.4.388_23012-g1166fba.

Is this firmware update initiated by the automated restart? Or is it a hack? Wat to do?
