Guest network Pro still enables internet on blocked device

I blocked my son phone on my be98 and ai mesh gxe16000 n 2 ax58s but as soon as I start guest network pro he has internet I literally just tested it in real time. I thought once u blocked a device in da asus app it stays blocked which it does but once that guest network pro starts they have access most likely a bug. I really wish this was fixed in a asus app update I enable guest network pro for ppl who don't stay with us as of now I'm goin to leave it off till a update fix this.......

You may want to describe exactly what settings you are using to block access.  I see a parental section and I know the Pro networks have options for internet access.

All of your AiMesh units are set up that way?  Did you check where you were connecting when you were seeing the Internet access?

OK when I block his phone it's blocked on all so my main router is the be98 then I got my gxe16000 and 2 ax 58 as ai mesh but when I start guest network pro he can get on through that even tho I have him blocked that guest network password is easy because of ease to connect for friends and family even tho he knows it it should still b blocked like normal unless guest network has it own setting which I saw and didn't see anything to block his device wen he connects

That would help but that's not da problem here da problem is that he can still use Wi-Fi even tho he's blocked if he can't use da Main Wi-Fi those setting should carry over but I'm home now imma look into it n will let u know

Well no setting to really edit so as of now until they fix it I'm just go leave off da guest network pro off 4 now ty all 4 da replies
