Recently got a pair of GT6 Mesh routers connected to ISP(Spectrum) 500x300 speed. I connected to the 2.5 WAN post on the GT6 and my download speed over wired connections is only about 250 down. My old router was giving my full speed 500x300 and going direct through ISP modem I have full speed. I have updated the GT6 to the latest firmware is this a bug or a configurations issue, I have seen some posts about using LAN port 1 instead of the WAN post on the GT6?

Personal experience: Internet slowed down with QoS on. I don't know how it turned on even.

Do you one of Spectrum's Gateways or actual a modem only? If you have a Gateway, are you bypassing the Wireless part of it?
With Spectrum, all different sorts of configurations are being used, depending on where you are located. I have 500x40 Mbps service and I usually get up to 580 on a speed test.
I have not had a pair of the GT6s but do the instructions show one of the boxes should be primary and the other the node? Does it make any difference if the Mesh unit is powered off?
If you are not using their devices at all, there may be a communication situation, which is limiting your speed.

Specs say 2.5 G port is WAN port. Have you tried connecting this 2.5 G port to the modem, or did you connect 2.5 G port to a computer? I'm afraid it's not clear to me.
