Is it possibly due to an outage?

(For roughly 10 USD I would probably get a static IP address).

Can you try the Advanced Setup (tiny option at bottom) vs Quick Internet Setup option?

What is the model of the modem/ONT they provide you? Do they allow you to use a 3rd party router like ASUS?

Hi yes when they first installed i plugged my ax11000 in worked but i decided to upgrade to be98 but when i plug it in its just wont see the dhcp

There are a couple of things to check:
Did the DHCP Lease expire/release so the service allows connection of the new router.
Sometimes service is tied to the MAC address and you may clone the AX11000 MAC on the new BE98.

Well finally got it to factory reset went via advanced settings but left with network cable unplugged i plugged a tp link it and went straight on must be the router ports maybe

How about if you connect the BE98 WAN to a LAN port on the TP-Link. Are you able to set it up? (Just to test).

When I first set up mine I had difficulty but I was not sure if it was the BGW320-500 AT&T gateway. This was way back end of November 2023. I had to go to Advanced Setup and choose the WAN port manually and then it worked. (I also copied down the DNS primary and secondary address which I entered).
