GT-BE98 Pro Router Settings not saving?

Let me start by saying I am on the latest router firmware.  (Current Version : 3.0.0.6.102_38984-g8a9326f_1432-g7f449_BB0B) .  I am having several issues where some settings are NOT saving at all.  One example, is Web History, I turn it on and it doesn't save the settings.  It keeps showing it is off.  Second, I can change the icons for the devices and the names of the different devices and they act like they have changed, but a refresh or going to another page and back and they will revert to what they were.  Some will change but many others will not.  Also, another issue when going to WAN settings page, no changes I am making will save.  For example changing the DNS provider will not change, it says it is applying the changes but when it goes back to the page, nothing is changed.  Anyone else having this or similar issues?  If so, what did you do to fix it, if anything?  I have submitted several tickets via the router  with feedback about the number of issues I am having.  I just purchased the router.  I have had it for a total of two days so far and have run into a lot of issues.  My last ASUS router did not have these issues.

I have seen manually assigned DNS disappear/revert back to Automatic.  (I just use the ISP assigned DNS).  The latest firmware advises to factory/hard reset.  Did the router restart after the update?  Did you factory reset after updating?  (This may help with what you are experiencing if you haven't).

I did the factory reset after the firmware update to no avail.  Same issues.  None of my settings are saving or at least he GUI is not showing them saved.  So, what I did is revert back to a older firmware and now I am able to save my settings changes.  Although, sometimes it may take two or three times making the changes for them to save.  The MAC names will sometimes still revert back, but again I had to to revert back to a older firmware.  I am holding off on upgrading firmwares again until maybe another release.

On your Web History, do you have the Traffic Analyzer enabled on the first two tabs and is data being shown?   Mine seems to be working fine.

On other things, make sure to check for an Apply button on the bottom of the page.  I do see some things change, such as identifying icons, but I just don't watch it that closely.

Of course, you can't check anything while you are in the older firmware.  I have no experience with the DNS situation.

Under the latest firmware, I have turned web history on a dozen times, hit apply, it says applying settings and doesn't come on.  The other two tabs will come on, but only after I turn them on several times.  The DNS function will says its on and then when change pages and comes back it will not be the setting that I saved it to and applied.  Another example, is port forwarding, I was able to add port forwarding but after I added the settings I needed, you could not go back and delete it,  It was would say it is deleted but would not delete and would simply reappear.   In order to get any of the above to work I had to go back to 3.0.0.6.102_37812.
