There are reports on Merlin's forum that Adaptive QOS doesn't work and appears to have been confirmed. Why is it that Asus's flagship router shipped with broken feature and that the issue still has not been addressed to this day. I need someone from Asus to respond to this, so that I can avoid calling the service desk.

I can also confirm that QOS does not seem to be working, I sell your products, I am a computer Tech / Engineer, and own a computer company selling custom PC's as well as setup, deploy, maintain, configure networks, and I am personally using a RT-BE96U at home and noticed that QOS stopped working, I am currently on the latest firmware, and have a 1G fiber connection. I'm almost certain it was working when I first bought it this time last year, but maybe not...

Any update on this?
Also having an issue when I reboot my RT-BE96u, I reboot it on average weekly, I get packet loss, I have my internet connection connected to the 10GB port, I simply unplug the WAN connection until the RT-BE96u indicator light turns red and re-plug the WAN connection back in and that usually fixes it, I have Frontier Fiber 2GB, I originally thought it was the Nokia ONT, I had it swapped and the same problem happened, I tracked it down to the RT-BE96u and the 10GB port, not sure if this is a known issue or will be fixed?
