GT-AXE11000 Upload issues out of nowhere

Hey all, my axe11000 has been running flawless for months however I went on holiday and came home and the upload speeds have been diabolical. I did the usual made sure it was updated and did a factory reset and same issue. It’s the same over WiFi or Ethernet. 

I plugged in my providers modem and worked absolutely fine. 

im at a complete loss what else I can do as I have a 1000/100mb line and get fine download but uploads are between 0.01-5mb

I just ran a Speed test from the ASUS Router app and checked the BIOS version just after. Maybe a hardware issue?

 3.0.0.4.388_23801 shows as latest/current BIOS.
