GT-AX6000 doesn't set a IP address to my TP-link switches after setting internet VID.

Hello,

I own 2 TP-link switches the TL-SG105E v5 and the TL-SG108E v4 both on the latest firmware, my ISP modem Zyxel T-50 always sets a IP address to both switches, default gateway is 192.168.1.1

Now with the GT-AX6000 set as my main router, both switches dont get a IP address from this router set to default gateway 192.168.1.1, i did reset the switches but still no IP address. Both switches are connected with a LAN cable to this router on LAN3 and LAN4.

I have to login to the switches with easy smart configuration utility and disable DHCP setting and manualy set the IP and default gateway.

Any idea why the GT-AX6000 doesnt set a IP address to my TP-link switches?

Latest firmware v3.0.0.4.386.49556

I’m afraid they may not fix your problem, but I hope you can find a workaround:

The workaround i use is to give both swithes a fixed IP address in the setttings from the switch..

1 of my switches has IP address 192.168.1.4 set to fixed in the UI from the switch, today i saw that 1 of my devices got the same IP address from my router the GT-AX6000.

2 devices with the same IP address,
please fix this ASUS.
