I just tried this firmware and it totally broke my Sonos sound system which uses the 2.4ghz network. Had to revert to the previous version. Be warned. I just wasted over an hour having to re-setup my whole sound system.

I did the update & I have Sonos speakers through out my house & it all still works. Are you using the bridge with sonos-net or are you using your in house 2.4 GHz wireless network? Also are you using a single wifi ssid for 2.4 & 5GHz wireless?

Hi, good day. I encounter this issue with the following log after the latest firmware update;

Jan 20 22:11:58 kernel: xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx not mesh client, can't update it's ip.

Samsung Note 20 ultra connected and the only device connected to the GT-AC53000 mesh node while this message appear. Anything I need to look up for. Thank you.

I have Zen XT-8 mesh node connected to my AX-11000 and after the update for both, my mesh node was only able to connect to my NVIDIA shield Pro which was connected via ethernet port and the only other things that were able to connect wirelessly to that node were Samsung devices (on both 2.4ghz and 5Ghz network). Note: i have about 70+ various 2.4ghz and 5 ghz devices in total and normally around 30 connect to that node.

My backhaul from AX-11000 to the XT-8 is via ethernet cable so I was able to turn on ethernet backhaul mode in the AiMesh system settings and everything was able to connect again after rebooting.

I am running the latest firmware for both the AX-11000 (41700) and the XT-8 (26044). Not sure if this is how it is supposed to work but it seems to be ok for now.

No Brdige, just 2.4 ghz for connecting to the SONOS devices. Have 2 separate 5ghz networks that didn't have any issues.

What are your settings for 2.4? Here are some pics of mine. 1st picture is the regular settings window & the next 2 are the professional settings menu. I hope this helps.

So the other day I upgraded again and then did a full reset. I still lost the Sonos sub, but it at least allowed me to re-add it this time using the new firmware.
