Hi will there be any future Firmware release for GT-AC5300 or its EOL

While it is EOL, I believe ASUS will continue updating security related issues, (ASUS staff mentioned this in the past).  I have a RT-AC68U that has been EOL for over a year yet has a March update just like the GT-AC5300.

I replaced the RT-AC68U quite soon after noticing it made the EOL list per my preference, which you can see here:

Suggested upgrades per that page:  GT-AXE16000, GT-AX11000 Pro, GT6, ZenWiFi  Pro XT12, or ZenWiFi Pro ET12

I should update this thread upon reading the 04/18/2025 ASUS Router AiCloud vulnerability pull down here:

ASUS Product Security Advisory｜ASUS Global

"If you are unable to update the firmware quickly or the router is end-of-life, please ensure that both your login and WiFi passwords are strong. It is recommended to (1) Disable AiCloud (2) disable any services that can be accessed from the internet, such as remote access from WAN, port forwarding, DDNS, VPN server, DMZ, port triggering, and FTP."

Probably best to replace EOL routers as soon as convenient...
