Gamefirst VI not detecting GT-AXE11000 router for ROG FIRST

Hi, I recently got the GT-AXE11000 router. But when I try to connect it to the Gamefirst VI app under 'Smart Router' for 'ROG First', this message is displayed: 'No ASUS ROG FIRST supported routers can be found in range!'. Doesanyone else get this error and are there any solutions to it?

Router software version: 3.0.0.4.388_22525

GameFirst VI version: 6.1.16.2

Laptop: G15 AMD Advantage Edition - G513QY + Windows 11

Same issue.  I had it working at one point but it's not now.  I have the exact same router as you and also Windows 11.
