Easy way to check disconnects?

Apparently my wifi has been in and out like soft mick today.

Is there an easy way to check whats been going on? 

I know there's the system log but I not know what I'm looking for/at?

I’m afraid I am not sure what I’m reading either.  You can pair a smart device app like WiFi Analyzer and watch what is recorded in the log during a drop?….
