Hi there,
I am currently having a double NAT issue while playing on my Xbox Series X. I have contacted my internet provider to see if there was some way that NAT could be disabled on the the modem provided itself but they say they cannot so wanted to see if there was a way to prevent the ET12 system from doing any sort of NATing to resolve the double NAT issue?

If you Google your provider/service and modem model you might be able to find something that the person isn’t aware of…
I looked at the specs of the ET12 and it supports “operation mode” “Access Point”. (It is unclear if this is available to build an AiMesh behind the AP, but AP AiMesh is available to ASUS routers, so I am hopeful for the ET12 as well).

I changed the operation mode to AP and the NAT shows up as open on the Xbox. Still getting moderate when playing on Destiny 2 PC but i can live with that for now. Sucks that you lose a lot of the features that come with the ET12 but oh well. And i did end up getting a callback from the provider and said that they could provide us with a static IP for $20 / month to fix this issue and i just said no way.

I Googled and found this article, (seems UPnP setting may help, but definitely read about the security risk. Maybe this setting is available and you can turn it on, while playing, then off when not):
Best of luck, regarding network settings as well as in the game!
EDIT- (Sometimes the ISP wants to sell you something, but maybe you don’t really need that. Try to find if IP Passthrough or Bridge Mode are available on the provided modem/router. Also especially if you are renting/paying monthly for this modem maybe you could consider purchasing one if allowed).
