Honeywell T9 cannot see my networks from ax11000..why?

So my Honeywell T9 somehow can see networks from neighbors but it won't see either my 2.4 or 5ghz ones.They are separate with different names and password.I tried creating a guest network with a short name but that didn't help.Thanks!

Replace GT-AC5300 with GT-AX11000
