GT-AC5300 Lan port problem

Hi,today I found out that one of my LAN port (one of the gaming ports) doesn't work Laptop show cable not connected, and also one of the Link aggregation ports only connects with 100Mb speed, the rest are working fine they all connect with 1Gb speed....
