AXE16000 not broadcasting 6G

Level 8

My Samsung Chromebook 2, Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, my husband's Pixel 7 Pro,  both my PCs with Windows 11 Intel AX200's, and LG G1 TV do not see any 6G SSIDs. I have used wifi analyzer on 3 of my devices. No 6G SSID anywhere. The other 3 show up just fine.

OFDMA/802.11ax MU-MIMO has been disabled. 802.11ax / WiFi 6 mode is enabled. The 6G radio is turned on.  The 6G wireless state in the dashboard is highlighted green as if it's broadcasting that SSID.

The Intel AX200 is not a Wi-Fi 6e device, so it doesn't support the 6 GHz radio.  I don't know about your other systems.

Sorry, typo, I meant AX210.

You should not need to do this, but you have updated the firmware?

Any chance you are using an Ai Mesh Node and it is using the 6 GHz Radio as a Backhaul connection?

If you need to attach any pictures, make sure you cover sensitive info the then drop in your response.

Current firmware:

I only have the router. No other nodes.

Did you try enabling Preferred Scanning Channels (PSC)?

I have a different router currently, but you say the highlighted setting is disabled for that radio?

It came with that setting enabled. There was no 6G visible and when I checked here, the majority of people said to disable that do I have since disabled it and still there is no 6G.

My AXE16000 shows those settings like the other router.

I suppose the small white light on the top is showing the 6 GHZ is illuminated?

The 6 GHz network needs WPA3-Personal AES and Protected Management Frames - Required

If you have been having issues for a while, possibly that radio is actually broken.  If you have factory reset the router and tried again to set it up, I don't know of much else to do but return it.

It won't let me choose anything other than AES, WPA-3, and required PMFs. Those settings are all on. I should have also mentioned that this is a new set up. I just got this in the mail as new.
