Hi,
Not sure what the best way is to report a bug in my routers settings, but on my AXE-16000 when attempting to configure Smart Connect, I get two different console errors. I'm on latest firmware (3.0.0.4.388_23012).
The first occurs on page load, the second occurs anytime I press the "Apply" button to configure new rules.
Due to this, I am unable to use the Smart Connect feature.

Thanks.

@Saltgrass
Wireless settings, enable Smart Connect, click yellow "Smart Connect Rule" link.

The firmware was for one of my Mesh nodes.
I have made a change to the rule of the 2.4 GHz network, but hitting the Apply, does not seem to work. The Smart Connect still shows as off.
I will look at it during the day to get used to it.

OK, since I have not used this could you give us an idea of what you are trying to do? It seems to be setting rules for clients to make them connect to certain networks under certain conditions. On my system, the 5-1 and 6 GHz radios are blanked out. I am using the 5.1 for Ai Mesh Backhaul. So I don't know why the 6 GHz is blanked, maybe WPA3-Personal.
You show 0 bandwidth utilization selected. Should there not be some value to a specific client to switch?
If you are looking at one client, is the capability set in the Windows settings and agree with what you have set?
It appears, the only thing you have changed is you want the 5-1 channel to be 802.11ax only, is that correct? Have you tried any of the other options to see if they produce the same errors?
I just got a new firmware version, updating now.

The actual settings shown can be ignored. Those are the defaults. I am unable to change them at all due to the bug I posted about.
My goal is to use these settings to help band steer certain clients toward certain bands. (move a device from 5GHz to 6GHz more reliably). Speciffically an S22 Ultra.

OK, I will see if I can get my iPhone off the 2.4 GHz network and on to a 5 GHz. Keep in mind, the 6 GHz radio has the shortest range.

Yes, I'm well aware. Thanks. Just looking to bring attention to the bug in the software on this page.

I now realize, you can only have one Network ID when using Smart Connect. Since I use different SSIDs all four, I will not be able to configure my system to help find an answer or verify your situation.

Appreciate your time. Hopefully someone from Asus sees this and looks into it.
Does Asus support or engineers frequent these forums?
